Shipping Terms


Shipping Information

We ship all orders within 10 business days (which is 14 calendar days). We do our best to ship every Friday, pending unforeseen circumstances with our shipping clients pickup schedule.  

We strive to process your order as soon as possible however, please note that some items are made to order, for optimal freshness and are therefore subject to an order processing time which can be between 3-10 business days.

Please note that processing time does not include the shipping time after your order is prepared.

When placing your order please factor this additional time for your order to be processed, prepared, shipped and delivered.

If your order is occasion/time sensitive we recommend ordering a minimum of 10 business days before the date you need to receive your order by.

*USPS Priority — 1-3 Day U.S shipping only (Price) Varies and is calculated by the united states postal service.  We will make every effort to ship your items as quickly as possible, always with trcking and insurance up to $99, if you would like to purchase additional insurance for your item please email us at lola@lolaanddoe.com.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the hand crafted and hygienic nature of the products, we can not accept returns on any purchases made. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, contact us as soon as possible, so that we may come to a resolution. 

By  purchasing from us you acknowledge that you have read our terms and agreements, including but not limited to the knowledge that we (lolaanddoe.com and any subsidiary or employee) are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments, in the event of the address being incorrectly entered by you (the customer) you assume all responsibility of loss or delay. We are also not responsible for damages in transit or stolen packages. We ship all items priority mail for both fast and safe delivery. You are automatically insured for the full cost of your purchase; so should loss, theft or damage occur you can file an insurance claim with the shipping company at their discretion. 

In the event a charge-back is issued from your purchase you will become ineligible to purchase from us in the future. Any attempts to purchase will be immidiately refunded and goods will not be shipped. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is subject to final fees assessed by the shipping courier. If the pre-paid shipping, which has been assesed on an assumptive basis does not cover a reasonable amount (80%) of total shipping fees, buyer will be contacted and asked to either pay the difference or their order may be subject to cancellation and their funds returned within 3-5 business days.
