subscriptions are billed on the 14th of every month, to the credit card submitted on file to us. in the event you wish to change the credit card on file you must notify us by the 10th of the month.
no changes can be made after the 10th until the next billing cycle.in the event that your card is declined we will attempt to re-bill one additional time 2 days later, if that charge is also declined, your subscription box will not be shipped and you will be automatically removed from the subscription box loyalty program.
you will need to do nothing further in this case. re-enrollment is not automatic. at the end of your term you will RECEIVE an email asking if you would like to renew.
if you do not renew at that time, no further action will be required and you will not be charged again, although we would have to see you go.
